Most businesses do not need "a page on the internet". They need a website where a visitor quickly learns what you offer, why they can trust you and how to get in touch. An e-shop should sell the way you actually sell: with your product variants, shipping, discounts and payments. Ready-made templates often force a business to adapt to them. I do the opposite and design the shop around your process, including connections to stock, invoicing or accounting. If someone in your company retypes orders from emails, agrees appointments over the phone or copies website data into invoicing, it can be automated. A booking system lets customers pick a slot and pay a deposit, an ordering system or B2B portal takes orders from regular customers without phone calls, and an invoicing integration issues the document on its own. For internal processes I can build an intranet or a custom application, and for recurring questions an AI assistant. I always start with how much time the solution will genuinely save, so the investment pays back.

A slow site, outages, a broken form or a website nobody wants to look after are more common than a brand-new project. I first find out what the real problem is and only then propose a fix. An audit gives you a list of priorities, speed optimisation shows the numbers before and after, and when moving off Wix or Webnode I make sure you keep your Google rankings. If nobody looks after your site, I take over updates, backups and monitoring on a monthly basis. I recommend a full rewrite only when it is genuinely cheaper than repair.

I am based in Poprad, Slovakia, while most collaboration happens remotely. A focused call, a written scope and regular working previews usually create faster decisions than a calendar full of meetings. Local clients can also meet me in person. Either way, the person analysing the request is the person writing the code. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson, a project manager and an anonymous team. When I spot a risk or a cheaper route, I say so before it shows up on an invoice.
