AI integrations and automation

Do you want AI that genuinely saves your team work, not another fashionable project?

I introduce AI where it really saves time: an assistant on your website, triage of incoming messages, document processing. Clear boundaries and a measurable benefit.

AI today does what recently required whole teams: read a long document and extract the facts, sort hundreds of e-mails, answer repeating customer questions or draft a reply a human only checks. The difference between a useful integration and a wasted budget is not the technology itself but the choice of task. AI makes sense where repetitive work with text and data piles up, and it does not belong where decisions are responsible and unique.

I integrate AI into existing processes and websites, not as a standalone project built on a slogan. I work with language model APIs, knowledge bases built from your own materials, and connections to systems you already use. Before writing the first task, we measure how much time the manual work takes today, and after deployment we compare reality. If a pilot brings no measurable saving, we say so openly and stop it while it is still small.

01

Where AI genuinely helps a business

Typical tasks worth solving first: triage and draft replies for customer e-mails, extracting data from orders, invoices and contracts, repeating questions on the website, summarising long materials before a meeting, or checking consistency across a large content set. The common denominator is repetition and text. There AI cuts minutes to seconds and leaves the decision to a human. Tasks that do not repeat and carry responsibility I leave to people, which is how it should be.

  • Triage and draft replies
  • Data extraction from documents
  • Repeating questions and summaries

02

An AI assistant on your website

An assistant answering from your real materials, price list, documentation or terms can handle most routine questions at any hour, including the ones asked while you sleep. I ground it in your data so it does not speculate: it answers from verified content and offers a human contact when the question is unclear. We track what customers actually ask, and that data then improves the website itself. The assistant is a part of your site, not a foreign widget without guarantees.

  • Answers from your verified materials
  • Handover to a human when unsure
  • Data about real customer questions

03

Process and data automation

The biggest saving comes from connecting AI to a concrete process. Sorting incoming orders to the right departments, automatic category assignment, checking that attached documents are complete, or preparing inputs for invoicing. I insert such steps with clear rules and checkpoints where a human confirms decisions with a larger impact. The result is a process that runs faster while staying predictable and auditable.

  • Triage and routing without manual work
  • Completeness checks on documents
  • Checkpoints for responsible steps

04

Security, data and limits

I build AI integrations with clear boundaries. Sensitive and business data goes only to systems you approve, and we record how each operator handles it. Generated answers follow one rule: the assistant answers from materials you provided and admits when information is missing. For internal processes, the decisive step stays with a person. We settle these principles before the project and write them down, so nobody on the team has to guess what the system is allowed to do.

  • Clear rules for sensitive data
  • Answers verifiable from your materials
  • Responsible steps always with a human

05

Pilot, price and scaling

I do not start AI with a large project. The first phase is a pilot on one task, typically 10 to 20 hours, where we verify the benefit on real data. When measurements show a saving, we extend the pilot with further tasks and connections. The rate is EUR 40 per hour including VAT, and model usage is paid by you directly, transparently and according to actual consumption. This approach protects your budget and my credibility alike.

  • Pilot on one task, 10 to 20 hours
  • Scaling only after the saving is proven
  • Model usage visible and under your control

Common questions about AI integrations

How much does an AI integration cost?

A pilot on one task takes roughly 10 to 20 hours, i.e. EUR 400 to 800 including VAT at EUR 40 per hour. Larger connections to internal systems are estimated separately. Model running costs are paid directly according to consumption.

Do I need my own data and materials?

For a website assistant, yes: it answers from your materials. For triage or extraction, a sample of real messages or documents is enough to verify the pilot on. The better the materials, the more reliable the results.

What if the AI answers incorrectly?

That is why the assistant answers exclusively from verified materials and refers to a human when unsure. Internal processes have checkpoints where a person confirms steps with impact. Uncontrolled generation is not used for responsible decisions.

Can AI replace a support worker?

It does not replace one; it takes over the repeating questions that consume time. People stay on complex cases requiring judgement. In practice that means faster answers and less routine, not a smaller team.

How long does a pilot take?

Usually 1 to 2 weeks from receiving the materials. In that time you get a working solution on real data and a measurement of the benefit, on which we decide the next steps together.

Have repetitive work that could be automated?

Send me a description of the process and a few real examples. I will propose a pilot that verifies the benefit at a small scale.
