Formuláre na webe
Keď pošlete kontaktný formulár alebo žiadosť o bezplatnú kontrolu webu, dostanem e-mailom údaje, ktoré ste vyplnili: meno, e-mail, správu, prípadne adresu webu a poznámku. Použijem ich iba na odpoveď na váš dopyt a na prípadnú ďalšiu komunikáciu o spolupráci. Nikomu ich nepredávam ani neposkytujem na marketing.
Analytika
Web používa Google Analytics 4 v režime bez analytických cookies (Consent Mode, analytics_storage zamietnuté). Do Googlu sa posielajú iba anonymné merania bez uloženia identifikátora vo vašom prehliadači. Web nepoužíva reklamné cookies.
Aplikácia Hermes AI Assistant
Hermes AI Assistant je súkromný asistent, ktorý používam iba ja pre svoj vlastný účet Google. S jeho súhlasom pristupuje k Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Gmailu, Disku, Kalendáru, Kontaktom a dokumentom v mojom účte, aby mi pripravoval prehľady o návštevnosti webu, pracoval s mojimi e-mailmi a dokumentmi a plnil úlohy, ktoré mu zadám.
- Údaje z účtu Google sa používajú výhradne na tieto funkcie pre mňa ako používateľa.
- Nepredávajú sa, neposkytujú sa tretím stranám a nepoužívajú sa na reklamu.
- Spracúvajú sa na mojom serveri v EÚ (Nemecko). Na vykonanie konkrétnej úlohy môžu byť časti údajov poslané poskytovateľovi AI modelu, ktorý úlohu spracuje.
- Používanie údajov z Google API sa riadi pravidlami Google API Services User Data Policy vrátane požiadaviek Limited Use.
- Prístup sa dá kedykoľvek zrušiť v nastaveniach účtu Google na myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Vaše práva
Máte právo požiadať o prístup k svojim údajom, ich opravu alebo vymazanie a podať sťažnosť na Úrade na ochranu osobných údajov SR. Stačí napísať na simon.cihra@gmail.com.

Website forms
When you send the contact form or a request for a free website check, I receive the details you entered by email: name, email address, message and, where applicable, the website address and a note. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and for any further communication about working together. I do not sell them or share them for marketing.
Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 without analytics cookies (Consent Mode with analytics_storage denied). Only anonymous measurements are sent to Google, with no identifier stored in your browser. The website does not use advertising cookies.
Hermes AI Assistant app
Hermes AI Assistant is a private assistant used only by me, for my own Google account. With my consent it accesses Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts and documents in my account to prepare website traffic reports, work with my emails and documents, and carry out tasks I give it.
- Data from the Google account is used solely to provide these features to me as the user.
- It is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising.
- It is processed on my own server in the EU (Germany). To carry out a specific task, parts of the data may be sent to the AI model provider that processes that task.
- The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Access can be revoked at any time in the Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. Just write to simon.cihra@gmail.com.
